Will there be anywhere to leave a wheelchair or buggy/pushchair?
Yes. Wheelchairs or buggies/pushchairs can be left at your own risk in the specific area located to the right hand side of the main reception.
If I purchase a wheelchair ticket will there be anywhere for my companion/ carer to sit?
Yes. Every wheelchair accessible ticket will include a seat directly next to theirs for a companion/carer.
How do I apply a discount code?
Step 1 - Select the session you would like to attend and click ‘Book Tickets'
Step 2 - Select your seats from the seating map / Select Track Centre Standing ticket(s) and click ‘Next'
Step 3 - Under the ‘Your Order’ section you will find the 'Use promo, credit or voucher code’ dropdown. Click this and enter your discount code. Please note: discount codes are case sensitive, please check discounts have been applied before proceeding to the checkout.
How do I find where I am sitting from my Ticket?
On your ticket under the ‘Reservation’ section you will see a series of 3 numbers. The first is the seating block, the second is the row and the third is your seat number.
Can I bring a camera to the event?
Yes! Cameras are allowed into the event - remember to tag us on socials!
Can I bring my own food and drink to the event?
Unfortunately any food and drink from outside the venue will not be permitted. Exceptions will be made If you suffer from a medical condition or have specialist dietary requirements.
Will there be disabled/blue badge parking at the event?
There are a small number of disabled/blue badge parking spaces directly outside the venue available on a first come, first served basis and are not able to be reserved in advance.
Can I bring a bag to the event?
Yes. A small bag will be allowed into the venue. However, all bags will be searched on entry. Larger bags may be permitted if required to carry medical equipment.
I have purchased a Track Centre Standing ticket, will I be able to access the seated stand area?
No. Track Center Standing ticket holders (unless VIP) will not be able to travel between the two areas.
